Think, Act, Be, Day 8-Psalm 82:3-4
Today, we begin week two of “Think, Act, Be.” We’ll focus on what the Bible says about my identity in Christ today in worship. We will celebrate the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper today in worship and celebrate.
Our beliefs this week:
I believe I am significant because of my position as a child of God.
I believe everything I am and everything I own belong to God.
I believe there is a heaven and a hell and that Jesus will return to judge all people and to establish his eternal kingdom.
Our Bible memory verses for the week come from Psalm 82. These verses are a prayer request addressed in a courtroom to God. Let this be your prayer this morning as you prepare for worship:
Defend the weak and the fatherless;
uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
