Leaving Home For Christmas
Today’s worship service focused on Elizabeth and Mary’s commitment to the Lord. Elizabeth went into seclusion, and Mary left her home—not once, but twice—so that we could find Christmas.
We heard a powerful testimony from Lynda Shackelford. She shared courageously about her journey through infertility and adoption. We also celebrated the baptisms of four new believers: Ken Folsom, Addison Green, Jackson Allen, and Ashley Wynne. You can watch their testimonies online here.
Over the weekend, our church held its first “Christmas Night of Worship.” We welcomed downtown guests for the Winter Festival and hosted “Ring in the Season” concert. It’s been awesome weekend of showing and sharing the Prince of Peace with our world.
