The First Baptist Church of Tallahassee formed a Pastor Search Committee in March 2016 to seek the next senior pastor. The search committee is comprised of nine church members, spanning a varied demographic of the church.
The pastor search committee began meeting weekly and are working through a three phase process in finding the man that God is preparing for His church. Those phases are; The Preparation phase, The Search and Discernment phase, and The Calling phase. Throughout this process the Pastor Search Committee asks the church body to diligently pray for us, the new pastor, and for the church body as a whole.
The Pastor Search Committee believes this is a time for spiritual growth and renewal for this body of believers. We seek to hear His voice in this process.
A survey was developed to help guide the Pastor Search Committee in understanding the attributes that are important to the FBCTLH church body for our next senior pastor. The Pastor Search Committee respectfully asks for you to prayerfully consider your answers to the survey.
