First Love

We are excited to announce that First Love is going to happen in 2021! We are going to seek to bless our community despite these difficult times! Our emphasis will be to serve our neighbors, but to do so responsibly in light of best practices during the pandemic. There is a place for you to use your talents and gifts to serve others – by encouraging, sewing, praying, singing, cleaning, and more!

First Love Registration

Please complete the form below to register for First Love. We will do our best to match you to your requested projects. A Project Team Leader will contact you to let you know your project assignment. Unfortunately, childcare is not available this year.

  • Project Preferences

    Please rank your project preferences below by selecting a 1, 2, or 3 for your first, second, and third choices. Please ONLY select 3 choices total, ranked in preference order. We will do our best to match you to your requested projects. A Project Team Leader will contact you to let you know of your project assignment.

  • On Campus or From Your Home

    These projects can be accomplished either on campus or from your own home.
    Knitting projects
    Writing cards of encouragement and prayer to church members
    Various sewing projects for different ministries in Tallahassee
    Staging food boxes and/or bags and distributing them to any who ask

  • Off Campus

    These projects are off campus and will take place at various locations throughout Tallahassee.
    Projects might include landscape and yard work to minor maintenance and office work and everything in between.
    Projects will include cleaning living areas, sorting, painting, and some yard work.

  • SPECIAL NOTES OR COMMENTS:

    Please let us know if you have professional skills in carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.
