A Full Summer
- Location: Godby High School Cafeteria
- Address: 1717 W. Tharpe Street, Tallahassee, FL.
A Full Summer is a food-packaging event that will bring together volunteers from FBCTLH, St. John’s Episcopal Church, and the Tallahassee community to pack meals for the hungry and food-insecure in our local area. This is an extraordinary event of giving and caring where neighbors, congregations, work groups, and communities can participate and extend love to those in need!
Summer is a critical time for children who depend on free or reduced-price school lunches. When school is out, many of these children do not have a reliable source of food. Meals prepared at A Full Summer will be distributed by The Second Harvest of the Big Bend to low-income children and families right here in the Big Bend community.
If you are interested in volunteering of your time, finances, or both, please fill out the form below. There are only 40 slots available for volunteers so sign up today! Thank you.
